Who are we ?

Africa Real Estate SA is a convergence of the expertise and skills of its founding members in the field of real estate construction and property management.

Created in January 2018, it specializes in real estate development in Senegal and in the West African sub-region. It has the ambition to meet the housing needs in African countries, participate in the development of African cities.

With its foreign partners, it is developing construction systems to optimize the quality of construction and reduce costs, allowing it to offer housing at affordable prices to all classes of target populations.

SALE IN FUTURE COMPLETED CONDITION

The "FIFA" projects are marketed in the form of a Sale in the Future State of Completion (VEFA) and some will be in the form of hire purchase, ie: payment in cash 30% on signing and the rest by average rents over a maximum period of 3 years.

CASH ACQUISITION

Payment of booking fees upon signing the contract:

• Reservation fees are considered as down payments on the sale price.

• 20% at the start of the work

• Payment according to the progress of the work (to be defined according to the project)

BANK FINANCING

With its banking partners Africa Real Estate offers you the financing of your projects over periods ranging from 5 to 20 years. The procedure is as follows:

• Payment of reservation fees (down payments on the sale price)

• Contribution of at least 20%

• Constitution of the file

• Prior study of the file by Africa Real Estate

• Submission of the file for banking study

• Bank financing decision
